7/18/04 Regina Finkelstein 5:30   Feedback:  Her buyers seemed to like the home but they were not "oohing and aahing" over it.  The 4th bedroom was not configured as they were hoping.  Regina felt that they were going to continue looking at other homes. 

7/14/04   5:30 pm Matt Loskota  Edina Realty Feedback:  -It was the buyers first time out looking at homes. Lower level was tight on space for their wants. Buyers loved the family room. Price is right in the ballpark.  Showing went well, but the buyer commented that there was another home that was more appealing to them and they are intending to keep looking at other homes.

7/6/04 Denise Hertz EDINA REALTY 2:15  Feedback: Very good showing today, the  buyers are relocating and the home showed really well- They loved the lot and neighborhood. The home is a little smaller then what they are looking for, however, the condition is great. The home is placed near the top of their list. Expecting to do a 2nd showing tomorrow. 

7/1/04 Jason Kraemer Prudential Metro wide Realty 12:30  Feedback: The price seems OK - buyers were considering the home, but have decided to pursue another home. His buyers are willing to spend over $600k for the right house.

7/26  Connie Hunt CBB 10:15  Feedback: Very Nice house- Buyers are looking for a little more house and are willing to spend over $600k - Connie thought it was the best house in that price range. Buyers may come back and reconsider the home if their home in Chicago sells.

6/26  Barb Page Edina 3:00  Feedback: The only thing the buyers are hoping for that home lacked is a more significant guest bedroom configuration, Buyers would need to use the main level bedroom as an office  and the lower level as a kids playroom-the buyer is considering an offer on this home.

6/26  Rebecca Norgaard 11:30  Feedback: Kitchen fell short- bedroom felt too small, lower level office setup was undesirable for this buyer- otherwise thee buyer liked a lot of other things about the home- Buyer is going to keep looking at other homes.

6/16 Tim Berg:   Feedback: Buyers loved the neighborhood- The buyers have not responded yet to follow up calls - I suspect the home was not the fit for them. after the showing, the buyers commented that they may attend the up coming open house, however, they did not come through. I will keep trying to get a hold of them to discuss.

6/15 Tom Hoffman CB Burnet  Feedback:  His clients loved the area, loved the condition of the home and the tile in the family room.   The back entry / laundry room felt too tight and the lower level did not offer enough space to make the home a fit for him buyers.  Tom's opinion on price was that it was fine at $544k

6/6/04  Betty Williams, R Sutton Realty Feedback:  Showing went very well except for the configuration of the lower level.  Buyers need more of a full basement-buyer felt home lacked enough storage space for their needs - Home is very well presented and the price should not scare any buyers away.

6/1 Max Zinn-CB Burnet- Feedback: Very Nice home- fantastic lot-Buyers liked the floor plan-Buyers have infant children and prefer carpet over tile in family room- lower level arrangement was a negative with all the office built ins- price seems a touch high when compared to homes in the Chanhassen/ southern Minnetonka area and for the square footage, but the lot is awesome.

5/27 Mark McClellan - client loved house, she would write an offer today, but $500k is top for husband.

5/17 Broker open - 10 different agents through the home. Feedback:  Nice home, great layout, thought the kitchen cabinets were dated, one agent thought the price was to high,  he said, he sold a home across the street recently for $450K

5/14 Joanne Torvik - Edina Realty- Feedback: The buyer is just beginning her search for a new home and is looking in several areas. She is not sure yet as to where she wants to buy.  Her comments to Joanne were that it is a nice home but this home may not but what she is looking for-she is not ready to make a decision on a home yet as she is just getting going in her search.

05/11/2004     Heidi Wiessner  EDINA REALTY  Feedback - Fabulous neighborhood- Buyers did give the home a lot of consideration, however they have decided not to go forward and keep looking- Buyers looking for more vintage style- felt that some areas of the home needed updating-Buyers are relocating and this is just not the one.

5/10 Carol Alber -  Feedback: The home shows nice. decorated well, great curb appeal-Carol felt that there is not enough home there to support the price- Her buyers needs more space.
